The agreement, in plain language.
What you're agreeing to
By using AharaOS you agree to use it as a wellness tool, not as medical advice. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (conditions, lab values, food logs). We're responsible for handling that data per our Privacy Policy and for keeping the service running.
Not a medical device
AharaOS provides general dietary guidance only. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified clinician for diagnosis and treatment. Do not delay seeking medical care because of something AharaOS suggested.
Subscriptions
Plus, Pro, and Ojas tiers are auto-renewing subscriptions billed monthly via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and via our payment processor on the web. You can cancel any time from your Apple ID settings or from the billing page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your sign-in credentials private. You can delete your account from inside the app; deletion is scheduled with a 30-day recovery window — sign in within that window to cancel. After 30 days, all per-user data is hard-deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the API or the coach. Don't try to extract other users' data or reverse-engineer the LLM prompts. Don't use AharaOS to coach minors under 13. Standard fair-use stuff.
Limitation of liability
AharaOS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that can't be resolved by writing to hi@aharaos.com will be settled in the courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
Working on it
The full region-aware terms (covering US and EU jurisdictions, arbitration, class-action waiver where enforceable, and auto-renew disclosures per FTC Click-to-Cancel) are under counsel review and ship before public launch.
